Overview:

HEVI presented at and exhibited with a small table to showcase it’s cutting-edge electric heavy equipment at the Port Electrification East Show, a key industry event bringing together maritime and logistic stakeholders to discuss the electrification of port operations. I led the marketing strategy for HEVI’s presence, including content creation, on-site marketing, and post-event communications. I was also part of the exhibiting team, speaking to prospects about our solution and gaining leads for the Sales team to follow up with after the show.

Responsibilities and Impact:

Content Creation: Wrote and published the official event blog post highlighting key panels, innovations, and HEVI’s role in advancing electrification.

  • Event Marketing: Designed digital and print collateral for the booth, email campaigns, and social media posts to drive awareness and engagement.

  • Social Media & Digital Strategy: Managed live coverage during the event, including photos and posts showcasing HEVI’s products and thought leadership moments.

  • Presentation Support: Recorded HEVI’s CEO, Raymond Wang’s, panel discussion on electrification, and created a slideshow for our booth as a visual reference, ensuring attendees could engage with our products without our equipment on-site.

  • Collaboration: Coordinated with internal teams and leadership, including the CEO, to ensure messaging aligned with company goals and industry trends.

  • Results: Enhanced brand visibility, generated leads, and captured media assets for ongoing marketing use.

HEVI exhibited at the American Association of Port Authorities (AAPA) Annual Conference in Boston, MA, a major industry event focused on port operations and sustainability. I led the marketing strategy for our presence, managing booth engagement, content creation, and post-event communications to support sales and brand visibility. I was also part of the exhibiting team, speaking to prospects about our solution and gaining leads for the Sales team to follow up with after the show.

  • Exhibitor & Lead Engagement: Represented HEVI at the booth alongside the team, discussing electric heavy equipment with clients, generating new leads, and creating opportunities for follow-up conversations with the sales team.

  • Interactive Marketing: Organized a prize giveaway to encourage engagement, creating a fun and approachable way for attendees to interact with HEVI’s brand.

  • Event Collateral & Media: Captured photos of the booth, keynote sessions, and event highlights, producing a small gallery to showcase HEVI’s presence and energy at the conference.

  • Collaboration: Worked with internal teams to ensure messaging, visuals, and presentations aligned with company goals and industry trends.

Overview:

HEVI hosted a product launch in collaboration with the Watershed Institute in Pennington, NJ, where they unveiled their newest electric heavy equipment models - the H65L and the H55L electric wheel loaders. I led the marketing strategy, event logistics, and follow-up communications to ensure a smooth, well-attended launch that highlighted HEVI’s commitment to sustainable innovation.

Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Event Marketing & Email Strategy: Designed and executed a targeted email campaign to invite industry partners, sustainability advocates, and key stakeholders, tracking RSVPs and engagement metrics to maximize attendance.

  • Event Planning & Logistics: Coordinated all aspects of the launch, including moving equipment to the venue, catering, parking, attendee gifts, and on-site setup.

  • Content Creation: Authored the official event blog post, highlighting the new electric loaders, their features, and HEVI’s leadership in sustainable heavy equipment.

  • Visual & Interactive Assets: Produced presentations and visual aids to showcase the H65L and H55L’s features during the event.

  • Post-Event Follow-Up: Managed email communications post-launch to thank attendees, provide additional product information, and generate leads for the sales team.

  • Collaboration: Worked cross-functionally with leadership, technical teams, and The Watershed Institute to align messaging and event goals.
